cellulase raw Materials powder cellulase
Product Overview:
Cellulase is the general name of a group of enzymes that catalyze the degradation of cellulose hydrolysis to produce glucose and low polymerization degree fiber, including three main components of dextran endonuclease, dextran exonuclease and cellobinase. It is not a single enzyme, but a multi-component enzyme system that plays a synergistic role. Cellulase is an off-white powder or liquid. Cellulase can hydrolyze the β-1, 4-glucoside bond in fiber to produce soluble polymer and D-glucose. Depending on the source of the enzyme, its relative molecular weight ranges from as low as 5,000 to as high as 400,000. The optimal pH value is 4.0 ~ 5.0. The optimum temperature is 40 ~ 60℃. Some metal ions Mg2+, Cl2+ and neutral salts can activate this enzyme, and some other metal ions Ag2+, Cu2+, Mn2+, Hg2+ and dyes can inactivate this enzyme.

cellulase raw Materials powder cellulase Details
cellulase powder Usage and Synthesis.
Cellulase has been widely used in textile, daily chemical industry, paper making, food fermentation, industrial washing, tobacco, oil exploitation, wastewater treatment and feed and other fields, and its application prospect is very broad. Natural cellulase is found in microorganisms, some insects and plants. During seed germination, cellulase hydrolyzes seed coat cellulose, which is conducive to seedling emergence.
Symbiotic bacteria and protozoa in the digestive tracts of herbivorous ruminants secrete cellulase, which hydrolyzes cellulose into resorbable sugars. Cellulase secreted by microorganisms can be used to process agricultural and sideline products to produce high-quality feed and glucose. In agriculture, Trichoderma viridis (a kind of fungus rich in cellulase) is used for feed fermentation, which can improve the nutritional value of cellulose feed.
Cellulase products are one of the main reagents for the separation of plant protoplasts. In plant cell fusion experiments, cellulase or snail enzyme is commonly used to decompose and remove the cell wall in order to separate and obtain the required protoplasts. Most industrial cellulases are glucoside endonuclease enzymes that contain a catalytic region and a cellulose binding region. In the absence of a cellulose junction, the enzyme's activity against cellulose is very low. Some people have conducted a comparative study on cellulase and protease, and found that the activity of cellulase is more related to the strength of adsorption. The amino acid residue Tyr at site 169 of Trichoderma reesei's cellobiohydrolase catalyzed region assists in the conversion of glucose rings to a more reactive configuration.
Uses of cellulase.
Cellulase is mainly used for softening and peeling of plant foods such as grains and beans. Control (reduce) the viscosity of coffee extract, the maximum allowable dosage of 100mg/kg; Brewing raw materials pretreatment; Starch, AGAR and seaweed food production; Eliminate the turbidity caused by cellulose in fruit juice; Instant green tea, black tea, etc. As a feed additive, it helps animals digest and absorb feed. It can hydrolyze the β-1, 4-glucan in cellulose polysaccharides to β-dextrin

Product Methods of cellulase.
Aspergillus niger or Trichoderma reesei are commonly used. T. longibrachiatum was cultured, and then the fermentation liquid was precipitated and refined by salting out. In addition to cellulase, the product also contains hemicellulase, pectinase, protease, lipase, xylanase, cellobinase and amyloglucosidase.
