Supply raw Materials Powder Myricetin
Product Overview:
Yangmei, also known as Yangmei bark, Yangmei flavonoids, is a flavonol compound extracted from the bark of Yangmei, a plant in the Myricaceae family. Yangmei is one of the subtropical fruit trees native to China, the growth of wild species has a history of more than 7,000 years, more than 2,000 years of artificial cultivation. China's East China and Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou and other regions have extremely rich resources of prune bark of Yangmei, after pruning the discarded branches of Yangmei can be used as a long-term large number of plant sources. However, due to the extraction process and other reasons, the current research on the Yangmei pigment mainly comes from Garcinia Cambogia, and the source of Yangmei tree is very little. And the dihydromyricetin mainly obtained from Garcinia Cambogia is limited in resources, so there are some limitations for the long-term development and utilisation of the myricetin.

Myricetin Powder Usage and Synthesis.
1) Antioxidant effects: populin is a strong antioxidant and oxidative stress plays a key role in various neurological disorders including local ischaemia and age-related dementia. Populin acts through conformational changes to reduce the production and toxicity of β-amylase, which can be used to statistically determine the progression of dementia.
2) Anti-tumour effects: populin is a potent chemopreventive agent for carcinogenic effects.
3)Reducing neurotoxicity: populin can inhibit the neurotoxicity caused by glutamate through different pathways to protect neurons, thus effectively stopping nerve damage.
(4) Effect on lymphocyte activation and proliferation: populin can inhibit the expression of CD69, an early activation indicator of T-cells, and inhibit the proliferation response of lymphocytes.
(5) Antagonism of platelet-activating factor (PAF): populin inhibited PAF-induced WRP aggregation and 52HT release in vitro in a concentration-dependent manner. At the same time, it can significantly inhibit the increase of free calcium in platelets caused by PAF. Therefore, populin has various cardiovascular pharmacological effects such as antithrombotic, anti-myocardial ischaemia, and improvement of microcirculation.
(6) Hypoglycaemic effect: Yangmeiin has more obvious hypoglycaemic effect.
(7) Hepatoprotective effect: dihydromyricetin can significantly inhibit the serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity and reduce the serum total bilirubin, there is an obvious enzyme lowering and yellowing effect.
Uses of Myricetin.
Yangmeiin is a flavonoid compound extracted from the fruit of Yangmei, which has various effects such as scavenging free radicals, antioxidant, anti-tumour, reducing neurotoxicity, affecting lymphocyte activation and proliferation, anti-platelet activating factor, lowering blood glucose, relieving alcohol intoxication, preventing alcoholic liver, fatty liver, inhibiting the deterioration of hepatocytes, lowering the incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma, liver protection, anti-inflammatory and so on, and it can also strongly inhibit the yeast α-gluc( It can also strongly inhibit yeast α-glucosidase, glucosidase I, in vitro glucosidase I and xanthine oxidase in milk.
Preparation of Myricetin.
Dihydromyricetin is mixed with alcohols, then sodium hypochlorite solution and catalyst are added, and after the reaction is complete, sodium hypochlorite solution is continued to be added to obtain myricetin. In this method, the alcohol is methanol or ethanol and the catalyst is anhydrous aluminium trichloride or anhydrous ferric trichloride. This method takes dihydromyricetin as the starting material and prepares the product, populin, after semi-synthesis; since dihydromyricetin is obtained from the plant Garcinia cambogia with a content of more than 98%, the cost is low, the operation is simple, the product yield is high, and the product does not need to be refined, with a content of more than 98%, which is applicable to the industrialised production.
