Production method of Carbocysteine.
L-cysteine was prepared as an aqueous solution of disodium salt, reacted with chloroacetic acid in the presence of sodium metabisulfite, first reacted at 20-30°C for 0.5h, then reacted at 20°C for 15min, added activated carbon to Chemicalbook in the reactant, filtered, and the filtrate was acidified with concentrated hydrochloric acid to pH2.5, which produced carboxymethylstannane precipitation, filtered, washed, and dried in vacuum, which gave the finished product. In terms of L-cysteine, the yield is 92%.
