    Dopamine Hydrochloride Powder is a pressure-raising drug and a biochemical reagent. Dopamine receptor agonist, excites the heart and increases renal blood flow, used in haemorrhagic, cardiac and infectious shock.

    Dopamine hydrochloride activates adrenergic receptors in the sympathetic nervous system and dopamine receptors located in the kidney, mesentery, coronary arteries, and cerebral arteries in a dose-dependent manner.At small doses (0.5-2ug/kg per minute according to body weight), it mainly acts on dopamine receptors, causing renal and mesenteric blood vessels to dilate, renal blood flow and glomerular filtration rate to increase, urine volume and sodium excretion to increase;Small to medium dose (2-10μg/kg per minute according to body weight), can directly stimulate the β1 receptor and indirectly promote the release of norepinephrine from the storage site, produce positive stress effect on myocardium, increase myocardial contractile force and stroke volume, and eventually increase cardiac output, systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure may increase, diastolic blood pressure does not change or slightly increase.

    Dobutamine hydrochloride is the precursor of adrenaline synthesised in vivo, with β (mainly β1 receptor) receptor agonism, but also α receptor agonism, and also promotes the release of norepinephrine.
