Betahistine hydrochloride is mainly used for Meniere's syndrome, vascular headache and cerebral arteriosclerosis, and can be used for the treatment of acute ischaemic cerebrovascular disease, such as cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism, transient cerebral blood supply insufficiency, etc.; it is also effective for hypertension-induced upright vertigo, tinnitus and so on.

betahistine hydrochloride is mainly used for the treatment of Meniere's disease (an idiopathic inner ear disease), acute and chronic ischaemic cerebrovascular disease, also used in the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis, ischaemic cerebrovascular disease, upright vertigo, dizziness, tinnitus, deafness, inner ear vertigo due to head trauma or hypertension, etc. It has a relieving effect on headache of many causes, and also has a significant curative effect on bedsores.
