High Quality Ozenoxacin Raw Powder
Product Overview:
The mechanism of action of Ofloxacin is the inhibition of bacterial DNA replicase, DNA pro-cyclase A and topoisomerase IV.Ofloxacin is the third non-fluoroquinolone antimicrobial drug approved globally after nenoxacin and galefloxacin. Clinical trials have used ofloxacin in the treatment of skin and soft tissue infections with superior efficacy to mupirocin and no significant adverse effects. The inhibitory effect of ofloxacin on MRSA, methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA), and ofloxacin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus is significantly stronger than that of nafloxacin, ofloxacin, levofloxacin, clindamycin, erythromycin and gentamicin.

High Quality Ozenoxacin Raw Powder Details
Ozenoxacin Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Ozefloxacin is a quinolone antimicrobial drug developed by FerrerInternacional Ltd. of Spain, purchased by Medimetriks Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the U.S. with exclusive U.S. commercialisation rights, and approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan as the world's first approval of a new molecular entity in September 2015, and was granted U.S. FDA 11 December 2017 approval for marketing.
The mechanism of action of of ozenfloxacin is the inhibition of bacterial DNA replicase, DNA Promoter A and topoisomerase IV.
Ozenfloxacin is the 3rd non-fluoroquinolone antimicrobial drug approved globally after nenoxacin and galefloxacin. Clinical trials have used ofloxacin in the treatment of skin and soft tissue infections with superior efficacy to mupirocin and no significant adverse effects.
The inhibitory effect of Ozenfloxacin on MRSA, methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA), and ofloxacin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus is significantly stronger than that of nafloxacin, ofloxacin, levofloxacin, clindamycin, erythromycin and gentamicin. Ozemifloxacin has strong bactericidal activity and can be a new quinolone drug with shortened treatment course and good clinical prospects.
Uses and functions of Ozenoxacin.
1) Horse Oxybutazole is highly effective against most gastrointestinal nematodes and larvae in horses. For example, it has excellent anthelmintic effect on large round nematodes (Toothless round nematode, Equine round nematode, Ordinary round nematode), small round nematodes (Cupressus, Cupressus, Double crown nematode, Triple toothed nematode, Cupressus, Spoked head nematode), Equine ascaris lumbricoides, Weil's round nematode adults (at a high limiting dose). It is also effective against foetal Przewalski's nematode, equine acanthocephalan nematode adults and larvae. Oxybendazole is unstable against Trichuris trichiura, and ineffective against Pneumocystis jiroveci, Fusarium flexneri, and Equine filarial nematodes.
(2) Bovine It is highly effective against bovine blood spear nematode, Austrian nematode, hairy round nematode, round-like nematode, fine-necked nematode, guppy nematode, Yangkou nematode, hairy fine nematode, hairy head nematode adults and larvae, as well as oesophageal mouth nematode adults. The product does not have strong effect on Moniezia synthesised worms.
(3) Sheep Oxybendazole has excellent effect on blood spear nematode, Ostreptoria nematode, hairy round nematode, fine-necked nematode, Cooper's nematode, oesophageal mouth nematode, Charabetta nematode, and hairy head nematode adults and larvae of sheep. However, it is ineffective against Marshall's nematode, webworm and liver flake trematode.
(4) Pig A single application of the drug has an excellent effect on the elimination of Ascaris lumbricoides, and can make all the eggs in the faeces of pigs suffering from oesophageal mouth nematode turn negative. Oxybendazole has unstable effect on Trichuris trichiura and is ineffective against Ginger trematode.
(5) Poultry: 40mg/kg at a time, the effective rate is close to 100% against adult and larvae of Ascaris lumbricoides as well as nematode of chicken; it is also effective against trematode of Spodoptera gigantica. It is also ineffective against hooked lip swirling nematode and capillary nematode.
Pharmacological Effects of Fenofibrate.
Oxybendazole is a high-efficiency and low-toxicity benzimidazole anthelmintic, although the toxicity is extremely low, but because of the narrow anthelmintic spectrum, only for gastrointestinal nematodes have high efficiency, and thus not widely used.
Production method of Ozenoxacin Powder.
Ozenoxacin (OZN) shows potent antibacterial activities against clinical isolates of Gram-positive microorganisms, with MICs ranging from 0.008 to 4 mg/L. Ozenoxacin shows good activities against strains of MRSA, MSSA, MSSE, and MRSE with 2, 3, or 4 mutations in the gyrA and grlA (parC) genes. Ozenoxacin inhibits MSSA strains and S. agalactiae strains, with the rates of resistance of >10 −10 and 5.3 × 10 −10 , respectively. The maximum MIC value for mutant strains is 8 mg/L for ozenoxacin.
