    Use and synthesis of Nequinate:
    Nequinate, also known as Nequinate, benzyl oxyquine methyl ester, molecular formula is C22H23NO4, molecular weight is 365.4223, CAS registration number is 13997-19-8, an organic raw material.
    The mechanism of quinolines against coccidia is that quinolines can prevent the transport of mitochondrial electrons to inhibit coccidia respiration, so that coccidia can not develop normally. Trimethoprim quine, also known as naphthoquine, dioxyquine, benzyl oxyquine methyl ester and decanoxyquinoline, is a new quinoline broad-spectrum anticocciditic drug, which is one of the most powerful drugs in this class. Quinoline anticoccidioides act on the cystal pericytes and stage I schizonites of coccidioides to inhibit the normal development of pericytes and generation schizonites. It has also been reported that quinolines exert anti-coccidian effects by inhibiting electron transfer in mitochondria of coccidian. It plays a role in the clonal reproduction stage of coccidioides. After entering the sporozoite cells, it prevents their development by interfering with DNA synthesis. Thus avoid poultry intestinal damage. In addition to Eimeria early, the other 8 species of Eimeria had obvious anticocciditis effect against chickens, especially the anticocciditis effect against chicken tender, toxic, giant and stacked Eimeria was significantly better than aminoproline, chloropyridine, SQ and glodylinum.
