Raw Materials Amoxicillin Powder Details
Introduction to Amoxicillin:
Amoxicillin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that can kill bacteria by inhibiting cell wall synthesis and causing rapid dissolution and rupture of bacteria. Food has little effect on drug absorption. It can be taken on an empty stomach or after meals. Common side effects of amoxicillin include anaphylactic shock, granulocyte, and thrombocytopenia. Some may cause liver dysfunction and cannot be combined with aminoglycoside antibiotics, erythromycin, or injections containing amino acids. When combined with warfarin, it can enhance the anticoagulant effect.
Amoxicillin, commonly used dosage forms are tablets, capsules, granules, chewable tablets, etc. β-lactam antibiotics, penicillin drugs. For upper and lower respiratory tract infection, urogenital tract infection, skin soft tissue infection, acute simple gonorrhea, etc. It can also be used to treat typhoid fever, typhoid carriers and leptospirosis; Amoxicillin can also be combined with clarithromycin and lansoprazole to eradicate Helicobacter pylori in stomach and duodenum and reduce the recurrence rate of digestive tract ulcer.
Use of Amoxicillin:
Amoxicillin is a penicillin antibiotic, which can be used against Streptococcus pneumoniae, hemolytic streptococcus and other streptococci, Staphylococcus without penicillase, Enterococcus faecalis and other aerobic gram-positive bacteria. Escherichia coli, Proteus Mirage, Salmonella, Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria gonorrhoeae and other aerobic gram-negative strains of β-lactamase and Helicobacter pylori have good antibacterial activity. Amoxicillin plays a bactericidal role by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell wall, which can make bacteria quickly become spherical and dissolve and rupture.
Amoxicillin is suitable for the following infections caused by sensitive bacteria:
1. Otitis media, sinusitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis and other upper respiratory tract infections caused by hemolytic streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus or Haemophilus influenzae.
2. Urogenital tract infection caused by Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis or Enterococcus faecalis.
3. Skin and soft tissue infections caused by hemolytic streptococcus, staphylococcus or Escherichia coli.
4. Lower respiratory tract infections such as acute bronchitis and pneumonia caused by hemolytic streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus or Haemophilus influenzae.
5, acute simple gonorrhea.
6, this product can also be used for the treatment of typhoid fever, typhoid carriers and leptospirosis; Amoxicillin can also be combined with clarithromycin and lansoprazole to eradicate Helicobacter pylori in stomach and duodenum and reduce the recurrence rate of digestive tract ulcer.
