D-chiro Inositol raw Powder D-chiro Inositol
Product Overview:
D-chiro-inositol (DCI) is one of the nine isomers of inositol that is optically active. In recent years, studies have found that in addition to the function of inositol in promoting liver lipid metabolism, D-chiro-inositol (DCI) also has special physiological functions such as insulin sensitization, lowering blood sugar, improving ovulation in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), regulating hormone balance, improving menstrual disorders, as well as anti-oxidation, anti-aging, and anti-inflammatory.

D-chiro Inositol raw Powder D-chiro Inositol Details
D-chiro Inositol Usage and Synthesis.
D-chiro-inositol can be used as a raw material for medicine, health products and dietary supplements, and has broad development prospects. D-chiro-inositol is a member of the inositol family, although "inositol". It includes several biologically active isomers, including L-chiro-inositol. MYO (myo-inositol) is converted to DCI (D-chiro-inositol) by insulin-dependent NAD/NADH diastereomerase.
It is widely recognized as an important auxiliary messenger in insulin signal transduction. DCI (D-chiro-inositol) accelerates the dephosphorylation of glycogen synthase and pyruvate dehydrogenase, and promotes non-oxidative and oxidative glucose processing of rate-limiting enzymes.
DCI (D-chiro-inositol) can reduce insulin resistance caused by defects in the diastereomerization of myo-inositol to chiro-inositol, and at least partially restore insulin sensitivity and glucose processing.
Uses of D-chiro Inositol.
Inositol and its phosphates have been used to develop metabolically stable insulin mediators, inhibitors, and regulators of important metabolic functions such as glycolysis. Because of the lack of hydrolytically labile glycosidic bonds, inositol is very stable to degrading enzymes in vivo.
