Product Methods of Sodium Benzoate.
Obtained by neutralising benzoic acid with sodium bicarbonate. Add water and sodium bicarbonate to the neutralisation pot, heat to boiling to dissolve into sodium bicarbonate solution. Put benzoic acid under stirring until the pH of the reaction solution is 7-7.5.
