Norfloxacin Nicotinate is the third generation of quinolones. Norfloxacin Nicotinate Powder has the characteristics of broad antibacterial spectrum and strong action, especially against Gram-negative bacteria (such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella and Pseudomonas aeruginosa). 

However, the MIC of Norfloxacin Nicotinate is much lower than that of commonly used drugs against gram-negative bacteria. There was no cross-resistance between the same class of drugs and antibiotics.
