Oryzanol Powder Physiological effect.

Glutathione is the combined fat of ferulic acid and phytosterol, which can be extracted from rice bran oil, germ oil and other cereal fats and oils.

Its Appearance is white to off-white crystalline powder, odourless, with special fragrance, soluble in all kinds of oils and fats under heating, insoluble in water. 

Clinically, glutamine is often used to improve the function of plant nerves and endocrine regulation, in addition to antioxidant, anti-aging and other physiological effects.

Uses and Function of Oryzanol.

It regulates the vegetative nerve, promotes the growth of animals; regulates and improves the gastrointestinal function, prevents the synthesis of cholesterol in vivo and lowers serum cholesterol, promotes the function of microvascular circulation of the skin in order to protect the skin, and has a weak sex hormone-like effect.

Glutathione can also anti-hyperlipidaemia, inhibit endogenous cholesterol synthesis in vivo.

It is used for vegetative nerve dysfunction, cyclic neuropathy, post-concussion syndrome, women's menopausal syndrome, premenstrual tension, vascular headache and gastrointestinal and cardiovascular neurosis.

Synthesis method of Oryzanol.

Extraction methods include adsorption and weak acid substitution. The production process of weak acid substitution method includes two major processes of alkaline refining trapping and weak acid precipitation separation.

The content of glutenin in furfural oil is 2%~3%. Firstly, glutenin (with the nature of phenolic substances) is mixed with NaOH to produce sodium salt, and the hydrophilicity of the sodium salt of glutenin is greatly increased, and it is easy to be adsorbed by alkaline soap together with sinking.

Hair bran oil through two alkaline refining, can make the oil 80% ~ 90% of the glutenin enriched in the second soap foot, to achieve the purpose of trapping. Then the soap foot supplement saponification, improve its physical properties, can make the glutenin separation.

Then use alkaline methanol can dissolve gluten sodium salt and fatty acid soap, but not dissolve furfury wax, fatty alcohols, sterols and other unsaponifiables, so that the gluten sodium salt and viscous material unsaponifiable material separation.

Then use weak organic acid to decompose glutenin sodium salt, restore glutenin, that is, the product.
