The results showed that indigo fruit extract had a certain scavenging effect on hydroxyl free radicals, superoxide free radicals and DPPH free radicals, and the scavenging effect was significantly better than that of the control Vc and VE. Moreover, indigo fruit extract has obvious anti-lard peroxidation effect.
