Phenylethylamine can increase the number of platelets and enhance their aggregation and adhesion, promote the release of coagulant active substances from platelets, shorten the clotting time and accelerate the contraction of blood clots. Phenosulfanilamide is indicated for the prevention and treatment of surgical haemorrhage, thrombocytopenic purpura or anaphylactic purpura as well as haemorrhage due to other causes, such as cerebral haemorrhage, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, urinary tract haemorrhage, fundal haemorrhage, gingival haemorrhage, epistaxis, etc., and can be used in conjunction with other haemostatic drugs, such as aminomethylenic acid, vitamin K.
Production method of Etamsylate Powder.
It is obtained by the salt formation of diethylamine with sulfur dioxide and the addition of p-benzoquinone. Diethylamine, ethanol and water were added to the reaction pot, cooled to 0 ℃, and sulfur dioxide was passed until the pH of the reaction solution = 3.5-4, and the reaction temperature was controlled below 10 ℃ to obtain the diethylamine sulfite solution.
Then, slowly add p-benzoquinone at 0-10 ℃. After addition, the ethanol was recovered under reduced pressure, cooled and crystallised, filtered. Crystals plus distilled water heated to dissolve, with activated carbon decolourization and refining, that is, phenol sulfonyl ethylamine finished products.
