Step 3: taking the tripeptide resin obtained in step 2, second stepwise coupling of L-methionine, side chain carboxy-protected L-glutamate, side chain carboxy-protected N-acetyl-L-glutamate, to obtain hexapeptide resin.

Step 4: cleaving the hexapeptide resin obtained in step 3 to obtain the first product.

Step 5: Take the first product obtained from step 4 and purify it, which is obtained.
