Ketoconazole Powder Usage and Synthesis.Ketoconazole Powder is an imidazole-based broad-spectrum antifungal agent, marketed under the trade names Gold Dakinin, Mycoconazole and Konazole, which inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis in fungal cell membranes by highly selectively interfering with the activity of fungal cytochrome P-450.
An antifungal, Ketoconazole Raw Materials is used to treat conditions such as foot odour and excessive dandruff. Skin fungal diseases, lichen planus and ringworm caused by skin fungi and yeasts can be treated with Ketoconazole CAS 65277-42-1 when topical treatment or oral ashwagandha is ineffective, or for severe recalcitrant skin fungal infections difficult to receive ashwagandha treatment.

Ketoconazole lotion, as a topical skin medication, is used clinically for the treatment and prevention of a variety of infections caused by Malassezia, such as lichen planus, seborrheic dermatitis, and scalp chafing (dandruff), and for the rapid relief of flaking and itching caused by seborrheic dermatitis and scalp chafing.

Pharmacological Effects of Ketoconazole Powder.
1.Pharmacology ketoconazole belongs to the pyrrole class antifungal drugs, on the deep infection of fungi such as Candida, colouring fungi, Coccidioides, histoplasmosis, sporotrichum, etc. are antibacterial, on Trichophyton mentagrophytes, etc. also have antibacterial activity. The product has weaker effect on Aspergillus, Schenk's sporotrichum, some dark spore family, Trichoderma spp.
This product by interfering with the activity of cytochrome P-450, thus inhibiting the biosynthesis of ergosterol, the main sterol of fungal cell membrane, damage to the fungal cell membrane and change its permeability, so that important intracellular material leakage.
Ketoconazole can inhibit the biosynthesis of triacylglycerol and phospholipids in fungi, inhibit the activity of oxidase and peroxidase, and cause intracellular hydrogen peroxide accumulation leading to cellular submicroscopic degeneration and cell necrosis. In the case of Candida albicans, it can inhibit the process of transformation from budding to invasive hyphae.
