Dry toluene into the dry reaction pot, add cyclohexanone and Haumea enol ketone, stirring to dissolve, evaporate toluene dehydration to exhaustion, quickly add aluminium isopropanol, oxidation reaction at 115 ℃ for 2h, cooled to 80 ℃ or so, under stirring to add 5% dilute sulfuric acid, static stratification, separated from the aqueous layer, the toluene layer is washed with water to neutral and then carry out steam distillation, evaporate the toluene and cyclohexanone.

Cooling, filtration, filter residue with petroleum ether stirred into slurry, filtration, washed with petroleum ether, dried progesterone crude. The crude product was dissolved in ethanol, decolourised with activated carbon and recrystallised as a finished product with a yield of 80%.
