2. Chondroitin sulfate can effectively prevent and treat coronary heart disease. Product Methods of Bulk Chondroitin Sulfate Powder.
The pig throat and nasal cartilage were extracted with 2% sodium hydroxide, and the extract was hydrolyzed with crude pancreatic enzyme at 50°C to remove impurities such as protein. After filtration, the enzymatic hydrolyzate was adjusted to pH 6, and ethanol was added to make the ethanol concentration reach 75%. The precipitate was obtained by centrifugation, which was the crude chondroitin sulfate product. The finished product was obtained after multiple steps of refining.
