Fosfomycin sodium is used for respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, skin and soft tissue infection caused by sensitive bacteria. Pharmacological action of Disodium phosphonomycin.

It can kill both gram-positive and negative bacteria, especially against pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus, Salmonella and staphylococcus and Escherichia coli that are resistant to various drugs. Used in animals, no drug resistance and cross resistance, clinical treatment effect is good.

2. Rapid sterilization: This product is a rapid bactericide, and its effect is obvious after 1-2 hours. About 25% of E. coli were killed 1 hour after exposure to fosfomycin (12.5μg/ml), and all died within 4-6 hours. Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus were all killed at 4 and 8 hours, respectively.

3. Low toxicity and side effects, small stimulation to the body, no acute toxicity and adverse reactions, will not increase the burden on the kidney.
