• 1, Sulfaguanidine can be produced by melting sulfanilamide and guanidine nitrate in soda ash and condensing under reduced pressure.
• 2, It can be produced by reacting acetylsulfamoyl chloride with guanidine nitrate in the presence of sodium hydroxide in a mixed solution of acetone and water.
• 3, Sulfamidine can be produced by catalytic hydrogenation of p-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride as raw material to produce p-aminobenzenesulfonyl chloride, then ammoniated to produce sulfonamide, then reacted with guanidine nitrate.
