Product details
Nystatin Powder is a polyene antifungal with a conjugated polyene macrolide structure. Veterinary Medicine Nystatin can inhibit the activity of fungi and has no inhibitory effect on bacteria. Nystatin Raw Materials binds to sterols on fungal cell membranes, causing changes in the permeability of cell membranes, and Nystatin Raw Materials causes the leakage of important cell contents to play an antifungal role.
Uses and functions of Nystatin Powder.
Yellow or yellow-brown powder, with special odor and hygroscopicity. Slightly soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, insoluble in acetone, ether and chloroform. Nystatin is unstable to air, light, heat, water, acid or alkali.
Nystatin has strong antibacterial activity against Candida. Cryptococcus neoformans, Aspergillus, Trichophyton, Coccidioides, Histoplasma capsulata, Blastomyces dermatitidis, and dermatophytes are also sensitive to this drug.
Nystatin can combine with sterols on the fungal cell membrane, change the permeability of the cell membrane, and cause important intracellular substances to leak out, thereby exerting antifungal effects.
Nystatin tablets have a broad-spectrum antifungal effect, and have high antibacterial activity against Candida, Cryptococcus neoformans, Aspergillus, Mucormyces, Microspores, Histoplasma capsulata, Blastomyces dermatitidis and dermatophytes. Uses The bacterial spectrum and antibacterial mechanism are similar to those of amphotericin B.
It is mainly used for Candida albicans infection of skin and mucous membranes, oral cavity and vagina. Mainly used for Candida albicans infection of skin and mucous membranes, oral cavity, intestinal tract and vagina, high concentration has bactericidal effect
Pharmacological Effects of Nystatin Powder.
Mycophenolate is a polyene antifungal antibiotic with potent pro-inflammatory properties. It has many applications such as prevention of cell culture contamination and induction of interleukin (IL)-, IL-8, TLR2 expression of cellular tumour necrosis factor-alpha secreted by THP1.
It has been used as a pore-forming agent for fungal membranes (ergosterol-bound) as well as for the creation of mycophenolic/p-ergosterol ion channels in lipid bilayers.
A polyene antifungal containing three bioactive components, A1, A2 and A3, with potent pro-inflammatory properties.
Production method of Nystatin Powder.
Mycophenolate is not absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract after oral administration, nor is it absorbed by the skin and mucous membranes when applied topically. Almost the entire dose is excreted in its original form in the faeces. Topical administration for the treatment of candidiasis achieves maximum effect 24-72 hours after administration.
