Such as agarose-fibrin plate method: fibrin plate method is one of the earliest methods used for the determination of nattokinase activity, which uses the standard urokinase, fibrinolytic enzyme, etc. as the standard control to draw a standard curve, and reads the enzyme activity of the sample from the standard curve.
The principle of its determination is that agarose, fibrinogen and thrombin are mixed in a certain proportion, and the cross-linked fibrin generated is the substrate, and the enzyme activity is linearly related to the area of the dissolution circle.
Therefore, the fibrinolytic activity of nattokinase is expressed in terms of the area of the dissolution circle.
