Myricetin Powder Usage and Synthesis.

Yangmeiin is a flavonoid compound extracted from the fruit of Yangmei, which has a variety of effects such as scavenging free radicals, antioxidant, anti-tumour, reducing neurotoxicity,

affecting the activation and proliferation of lymphocytes, anti-platelet activating factor, lowering blood glucose, lifting alcohol toxicity, preventing alcoholic liver, fatty liver, inhibiting the

deterioration of hepatocytes, lowering the incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma, protecting the liver and liver, anti-inflammatory and other effects, and it can also strongly inhibit the yeast alpha

glucosidase, gluco (gluco) glucosidase I, gluco (gluco) glucosidase I in vitro, and the milk in the xanthine oxidase.

Uses of Myricetin.

1) Antioxidant effects: populin is a strong antioxidant and oxidative stress plays a key role in various neurological disorders including local ischaemia and age-related dementia. Populin acts

through conformational changes to reduce the production and toxicity of β-amylase, which can be used to statistically determine the progression of dementia.

2) Anti-tumour effects: populin is a potent chemopreventive agent for carcinogenic effects.

(4) Effect on lymphocyte activation and proliferation: populin can inhibit the expression of CD69,an early activation indicator of T-cells, and inhibit the proliferative response of lymphocytes.

(5) Platelet-activating factor (PAF) antagonism: Yangmeiin inhibited PAF-induced WRP aggregation and 52HT release in vitro in a concentration-dependent manner.

At the same time, it can significantly inhibit the increase of free calcium in platelets caused by PAF. Therefore, populin has various cardiovascular pharmacological effects such as antithrombotic, anti-myocardial ischemia, and improvement of microcirculation.

(6) Hypoglycaemic effect: Yangmeiin has more obvious hypoglycaemic effect.

(7) Hepatoprotective effect: dihydromyricetin can significantly inhibit the serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity and reduce serum total bilirubin, there are obvious enzyme-lowering effect of yellow.

Pharmacological Effect of Myricetin.

(1) Antagonistic effect of platelet-activating factor (PAF). It has various cardiovascular pharmacological effects such as antithrombotic, anti-myocardial ischaemia, and improvement of

microcirculation.

Yangmeiin can significantly inhibit the increase of free calcium in platelets caused by PAF, and inhibit the specific binding of PAF to rabbit platelet receptor. It shows that populin has anti-PAF

effect and is a new PAF receptor antagonist.

(2) Hypoglycaemic effect;

Yangmeizin has obvious hypoglycemic effect on diabetic mice caused by tetroxine and hyperglycemic mice caused by adrenaline and glucose with good therapeutic effect, but it has no

obvious effect on blood glucose of normal mice. In addition, in their further research, they found that populin has a good hypoglycaemic effect on a variety of animal models, and it is expected to develop hypoglycaemic drugs or be used as food additives for diabetic patients.

(3) Antioxidant effect;
