Rutin Powder Usage and Synthesis.

It has the effect of reducing capillary permeability and fragility, maintaining and restoring the normal elasticity of capillaries. Clinically used in the prevention and treatment of cerebral haemorrhage, hypertension, diabetes, retinal haemorrhage, purple scar and acute haemorrhagic nephritis.

It has good anti-radiation and anti-free radical effects on the skin, with strong absorption of ultraviolet rays and X-rays, as a natural sunscreen, adding 10% of rutin, the absorption rate of ultraviolet rays is as high as 98%. There is a very obvious role in removing cellular reactive oxygen free radicals.

Uses and functions of Rutin.

1. Food colouring (like lemon yellow); antioxidant; nutritional supplement. Mainly used in cold drinks, beverages, pastries, processed meat products, processed aquatic products and so on.
