Antipyretic Analgesics Drugs Carbasalate calcium Raw Materials powder
Product Overview:
Calcium carbapyrine is a derivative of aspirin, which is a salt of calcium acetylsalicylate complexed with urea. The metabolic characteristics and pharmacological effects of carbapyrine calcium are the same as those of aspirin. In water, calcium carbapyrine hydrolyzed to acetylsalicylic acid, which effectively played the role of antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and inhibition of aggregation. It can treat fever and inflammation in poultry and livestock. Treatment of bird flu, kidney swelling and other poultry diseases, can be used as an auxiliary drug.

The salicylate is mostly bound to plasma protein, and is mainly bound and hydroxylated in the liver to form inactive metabolites, which are excreted by the kidney. The elimination half-life was prolonged with increasing dose.
Preparation method of Bulk Carbasalate calcium powder.
A method for preparing carbapyrine calcium comprises the following steps,
(1) Add aspirin to alcohol solvent, stir at 5 ~ 10℃, slowly add ammonia water, adjust the pH value to 6 ~ 8.5, then add anhydrous calcium nitrate, temperature rise to 30 ~ 40℃, reaction 1 ~ 1.5 hours;
(2) Urea was added to the reaction liquid prepared in step (1) and reacted at 25-35 ℃ for 20-40 minutes; (3) The reaction liquid prepared in step (2) was cooled to 0 ~ 5℃, stood for crystallization 0.5-1.5 hours, pumped and filtered, and vacuum dried at 40 ~ 45℃ for 1.5-2.5 hours to obtain carbapyrine calcium.
