Product Overview:
Hasinonide is a highly synthetic fluorine - and chlorine-containing corticosteroid with similar effects to hydrocortisone. It has strong anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-itching, anti-immune and proliferative effects, and local application can reduce the permeability of capillary wall and cell membrane, reduce inflammatory exudation, and inhibit the formation and release of histamine and other inflammatory mediators. Halcinonide Usage and Function.
Suitable for contact dermatitis, specific dermatitis, lichenization. Symptomatic treatment of small areas of psoriasis, lichen, sweat rash, genital atrophic sclerosing lichen, non-parasitic pruritus, ring granuloma, discoid lupus erythematosus, non-facial seborrheic dermatitis, and pruritus mycoides. Insect bites, treatment of parasitic pruritus after specific treatment. The treatment of psoriasis has a better effect.
Uses of Halcinonide.
Hasinonide is an adrenal corticosteroid drug, which has strong anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-itching and immunosuppressive effects.

Pharmacological action of Halcinonide.
This drug is a strong synthetic glucocorticoid, similar to fluhydrocortisone. It has strong anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-itching, immunosuppressive and hyperplastic effects, and local application is not easy to cause systemic adverse reactions. The inhibitory effect of this drug on granulation tissue proliferation was the same as dexamethasone, and significantly stronger than hydrocortisone. This drug is basically not absorbed by skin external use, and has little effect on the whole body and no irritation. The degree of absorption of topical applications varies greatly between different anatomical sites: forearm 1%, scalp 4%, forehead 7%, scrotum 36%, with the greatest penetration in the groin, armpit and face. This drug is mainly metabolized in the liver, most of it is excreted through the kidney, and less excreted through bile.
