Raw Materials Turmeric Root Extract powder Details
Turmeric Root Extract Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Tulip extract is a substance extracted from the dried tuberous roots of Curcuma longa, Curcuma longa Guangxi or Curcuma pungens, which is a member of the ginger family. The main active
ingredients are volatile oil and curcumin, etc. The volatile oil is not only antiseptic, antiviral,anti-inflammatory, and activates blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and removes the effect of rotting and muscle growth, but also inhibits tumour cell growth, and has a positive effect on the prevention of cervical cancer.
Tulip extracts can also be used in the field of cosmetics, such as Japan Shiseido company has been used for the development of anti-wrinkle cosmetics, in Java, Indonesia and other places are also used as one of the raw materials of the beauty recipe, in addition, tulip extracted from the pigment has been used as food additives and dye additives.
Uses of Turmeric Root Extract.
Firstly, it has hepatoprotective and choleretic properties, as the volatile oil of tulip has a restorative effect on damaged liver cell mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum.
Secondly, tulip extract can significantly reduce high cholesterol and is therefore effective in lowering blood lipids.
In addition, the intraperitoneal injection of turmeric dione from tulip can significantly prolong the sleeping time of domestic cats, and therefore has the effect of suppressing the central nervous system to achieve the effect of tranquillising the mind.
What's more, tulip gold can inhibit AON-induced proliferation and focal dysplasia of mouse colon epithelial cells, and exhibit a constant effect on its chemical carcinogens, thus possessing
some anticancer effects.
Finally, the aqueous extract of tulip has a similar glucocorticoid-like effect, which can significantly inhibit the function of phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes by abdominal macrophages in mice, and has an inhibitory effect on the hepatic reticuloendothelial lineage.
In addition, Mucuna pruriens has many medicinal values. Its main components are sesquiterpenes, with lysosomal membrane stabilisation and anti-proliferative effects, as the main component of sesquiterpene lactones in Mullein dehydrocostus lactone significant anti-tumour activity.
Mullein can promote the secretion of growth inhibiting hormone, may be beneficial to the treatment of peptic ulcer. The cardiovascular effects of Mullein are mainly in the lowering of blood pressure and anticoagulant.
Pharmacological Effect of Turmeric Root Extract.
1.Anti-cancer effect
The aqueous and non-aqueous extracts of Tulipa tulipa have anti-benzo(a)pyrene mutagenic effect, and there is a quantitative effect relationship; warm tulipa tulipa has obvious inhibition
on the growth of subcutaneous transplantation tumour in nude mice of human gastric cancer, and the mechanism of its action may be to inhibit the growth of tumour by inhibiting the
expression of cyclooxygenase (COX-2) in tumour tissues, or it may also be associated with its inhibition of the expression in the VEGF of the tumour tissues to reduce the MVD; warm tulipa tulipa aqueous extract, ether extracts and alcohol extracts could increase the growth inhibitin (SS) levels in gastric tissues and plasma, and SS had an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of gastric cancer cells, so the promotion of gastrointestinal SS secretion may be a part of the anti-tumour mechanism of Wen tulujin.
In addition, it was shown that the extract of Wen Yujin had inhibitory effect on the growth of human gastric cancer cells SGC-7901, and the inhibition rate increased with the increase of drug concentration, and there was an obvious quantitative and effective relationship, and the mechanism of cancer inhibition might be related to the inhibition of secretion of gastric cancer cells of insulin-like growth factor Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ), insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ (IGF-Ⅱ) and the inhibitory effect of the ether extracts and the alcoholic extracts also May be related to the induction of apoptosis.
2. Anti-pregnancy effect
The aqueous solution of the ethanol precipitate of tulip gold decoction has significant effect on the termination of early, middle and late pregnancy in mice and early pregnancy in rabbits when injected intraperitoneally or subcutaneously, but it is ineffective when taken orally.
Wen tulip gold has no estrogenic and anti-estrogenic activity, luteinising hormone has a significant antagonistic effect on early abortion in mice caused by Wen tulip gold. Wen Yujin on non-pregnant or early pregnant mice and rabbits isolated uterus has obvious excitatory effect, and its effect with the increase in dose and strengthened.
3. Choleretic effect
Tulip extract can cause gallbladder contraction by increasing the level of serum cholecystokinin in blood. The decoction of tulip extract can inhibit the contraction of isolated rabbit sphincter of
Oddi's, but it has an excitatory effect on the longitudinal muscles of gallbladder and duodenum, which can strengthen its contraction.
It is speculated that the choleretic and lithotropic efficacy of tulip may be related to its contraction of gallbladder smooth muscle and inhibition of the contractile activity of the sphincter of Oddi.
Chemical Components of Turmeric Root Extract.
1. Curcumin class is mainly curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and double demethoxy curcumin, but the content of different varieties of tulip varies greatly, such as yellow silk tulip than green silk tulip content up to tens of times. If curcumin is used as an indicator component, the quality of yellow silk tulip is better among the four tulips.
It is also reported that the yellow silk tulip also contains coumaroyl feruloyl ethane, 2-p-coumaroyl methane, two feruloyl methane, p-coumaroyl feruloyl methane.
2. Volatile oil is mainly volatile oil, about 6.1%. The oil is mainly sesquiterpene alkenes, about 65.5%, with the most gingerene. Followed by α- and β-tulipenes; Sesquiterpene enol about 22%.
It also contains camphene, camphor, curcumin, demethoxycurcumin, bisdemethoxycurcumin, curcuminoids, aryl curcuminoids and so on. It also contains curcumol, curcumol dione and so on.
3. Polysaccharides are polysaccharide A, polysaccharide B, polysaccharide C. 4. Other starch, fat oil, yellow dye, rubber, geranylgeranyl ketone, hydrocotylene.
