The optimal process conditions are: water addition 1mL/g, reaction temperature 50℃, reaction time 100min, feeding ratio VC∶CaCO3=1∶0.525. The average content of calcium vitamin C generated under these reaction conditions is 99.35%, and the yield reaches 86.91%.
