Spironolactone Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Spironolactone is a weak potassium-preserving diuretic, also known as Amphotericin and Spironolactone, with a chemical structure similar to aldosterone, it can compete with aldosterone for aldosterone receptors in the cell plasma of distal tubule and collecting ducts, affecting the binding of aldosterone and the receptor, thus impeding the synthesis of aldosterone-induced protein, and thus inhibiting the exchange of K+-Na+ and the reduction of potassium excretion, and playing the role of potassium preservation and diuresis.
There are currently two types of spironolactone on the market, one is spironolactone tablets and the other is Antibiotics Milk, whose composition and therapeutic principle are roughly the same, only the drug form is different.
Spironolactone has been invented for more than 40 years, and it is mainly used in conjunction with other drugs for the treatment of essential hypertension and oedematous diseases.

Uses of Spironolactone.
