Coix Seed Extract Powder Usage and Synthesis.

Coix seed extract is the dried mature seed kernel extract of Coix lacryma-jobi L. var. mayuen (Roman.) Stapf. in the family of Gramineae, mainly containing protein, fatty acids, sugars, a small amount of vitamin B1, leucine, lysine, arginine, tyrosine, coixenin, coixenolide, coixyl ester, coixyl lactone, alpha-beta-sitosterol, triterpene Compounds. It has the effect of diuresis and seepage of dampness, clearing away heat and pus, strengthening the spleen and stopping diarrhoea, removing paralysis and swelling. It is used for oedema, athlete's foot, dysuria, dampness paralysis, diarrhoea, lung carbuncle, intestinal carbuncle, flat warts.

Pharmacological Effect of Coix Seed Extract.

Extraction method of  Bulk Coix Seed Extract Powder.

The extraction methods of crude polysaccharide in Coix lacryma are water extraction and alcohol precipitation method.

1. Coix seed defatted powder preparation: the dried Coix seed crushed, through a 60-mesh sieve, with a certain proportion of ethyl acetate defatted, filter residue after drying and refrigerated spare.
