Dracorhodin Raw Materials Dracorhodin Powder
Product Overview:
Haematoxylin is a polyphenolic compound found in many plants with a wide range of biological activities. Haematoxylin has been shown to have an important role in the treatment of sepsis. However, no inhibitors against haematoxylin have been identified. The researchers used RNA-Seq technology to highly express haematoxylin in whole blood from sepsis patients and used mammalian cells to express and purify CMPK2 recombinant protein. They then used an ADP-GLO kit to assay recombinant CMPK2 kinase activity and identified the CMPK2 ligand, haematoxylin, from a range of natural product libraries. Thus, haematoxylin could be a potential target for future treatment of sepsis.

Dracorhodin Raw Materials Dracorhodin Powder Details
Dracorhodin Usage and Synthesis.
Haematoxylin is a chemical substance with the molecular formula C17H15ClO7. It has been found to be a ligand for CMPK2, a monophosphate kinase present in mitochondria, and may have an important role in the treatment of sepsis.
In addition, haematoxylin can be extracted from the dendrimer secreted from the surface scales of the fruit of Kirin Exhaustion, which contains haematoxylin, desmethyl haematoxylin, desmethyl haematoxylin, and other ingredients.
Uses of Dracorhodin.
Haematoxylin is a natural product found in a variety of plants and insects, and has a variety of biological activities. It has the effects of removing blood stasis and relieving pain, stopping bleeding and promoting muscle growth, and belongs to the category of drugs that remove blood stasis and stop bleeding.
In clinical practice, haematoxylin is often used for the treatment of bruises, internal injuries, stasis and pain, traumatic bleeding and other diseases, and can also be used for women's excessive menstruation, dysmenorrhoea, coughing blood, blood in the stool and other symptoms.
In addition, haematoxylin has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-thrombotic effects, and can affect fibrinolytic activity.
Recent studies have found that haematoxylin can also be used as an inhibitor targeting cytidine-uridine monophosphate kinase 2 (CMPK2) for the treatment of sepsis.
It is mentioned in that the high expression of CMPK2 gene was found by RNA-Seq assay on whole blood of sepsis patients, and then through a series of experiments, haematoxylin was found to be the ligand of CMPK2, which can inhibit its activity and thus inhibit the development of sepsis.
Characteristic of Dracorhodin.
Haematoxylin is also known as Lobelia crimsonin. It is a reddish-coloured, crystalline substance that is easily soluble in methyl alcohol, ethanol, chloroform and chloroform. Decomposition point
Easily soluble in butyl alcohol, ethanol, chloroform, Vishnu is insoluble in benzene and ether. Insoluble in ether. Soluble in sulphuric acid, yellow in colour. It forms *R with hydrochloric acid and picric acid, and becomes methanolic by acid masculinisation in Vishnu.
Formed phthalide derivatives, treated with concentrated alkali, that is, decomposed into 2 a methyl homophenol only a 3 a methyl ether and acetophenone, exists in the red resin of the coconut plants in the blood, mountain extraction and separation of.
