Clenbuterol ((RS)-1-(4-amino-3,5-dichlorophenyl)-2-(tert-butylamino)ethanol) is a beta2-adrenergic receptor agonist. When introduced into the bloodstream, clenbuterol stimulates adrenergic receptors in muscle, increasing the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats as well as the metabolism and synthesis of proteins in the rhabdomyolysis. In addition to its known (and already used therapeutically) effects on the smooth muscle of the bronchial tree and blood vessels, clenbuterol also increases muscle mass and strength.

Carophyll Yellow Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Clenbuterol is an asthma drug, also known as "leptin", which is neither a veterinary drug nor a feed additive, but an adrenal nerve stimulant.
Clenbuterol is well-absorbed and highly bioavailable in livestock and humans, so consumption of meat containing clenbuterol may result in human toxicity.
The use of clenbuterol may result in tolerance to repeated use and a diminished and shorter duration of bronchodilator effect. In addition, combination with catecholamines such as epinephrine and isoprenaline may lead to cardiac arrhythmias and therefore should not be used in combination.
Clenbuterol has a good effect in asthma treatment and can rapidly relieve asthma symptoms, but its use also has certain side effects, such as allergic reactions. Clenbuterol is commonly used in the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma, asthmatic bronchitis and other diseases.

Asthma medication. The product is an adrenergic bronchial antispasmodic drug. The excitatory effect on the bronchial smooth muscle β2 receptor has a good selectivity, dilation of the bronchial effect of the intensity of 100 times equivalent to the salbutamol. Used in the treatment of bronchial asthma, wheezing bronchitis. The therapeutic dose of the product is 0.5μg/kg, while the oral LD50 for animals (mice, rats, rabbits) is about 300,000 times the dose.
