Cyclamate Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Sweeteners are mainly used in seasonings, health food, seasoned food, canned food, salted vegetables and other related foods (including auxiliary ingredients to add soy sauce, vinegar, seasoning wine), cosmetics of sweetness, syrup, sugar coating, sweeteners, meat products, milk tea. Not only as a sweetener to replace sodium saccharin and sucrose used in food, but also in agriculture sweeteners used in apples, pears, tomatoes and other crops to increase the sweetness of the fruit, shorten the ripening period of the fruit, is a promising fruit ripening agent; sweeteners in medicine instead of sucrose used in pharmaceutical preparations for the treatment of diabetes, obesity, or used to prepare a small and easy to store the solid preparations.
Uses of Cyclamate.
Sweeteners are the more commonly used non-nutritive synthetic sweeteners. It is not absorbed in the body, does not produce heat and is not cariogenic. The taste is close to sucrose, often mixed with sodium saccharin (10:1), which can mask the bitter taste of sodium saccharin. Can be used in Chenpi, talking plums, dried prunes
The maximum use level of sodium saccharin is 8.0g/kg in Chinese plums, 1.0g/kg in candied fruit, 0.65g/kg in pickles, sauces, prepared wines, beverages, popsicles, ice-cream, ice-cream, pastries, biscuits and breads.
Non-nutritive sweetener. Can be used in all aspects, mainly for diabetic patients. The concentration should not exceed 0.4% to moderate the bitter taste.
