Cisatracurium Besylate Powder CAS 96946-42-8 Raw Material Details
Cisatracurium Besylate Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Cisatracurium Besylate Powder is the benzenesulfonate form of atracurium, a synthetic non-depolarizing muscle relaxant, Cisatracurium Besylate CAS 96946-42-8 is used for muscle relaxation required for surgery or to control breathing. Cisatracurium Besylate Raw Material is generally used clinically to maintain muscle relaxation or to facilitate mechanical ventilation, and at slightly higher doses for tracheal intubation. A non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent.
Cis-atracurium is one of the 10 isomers of atracurium, accounting for about 15% of the total mixture of atracurium. It is a non-depolarizing muscle relaxant of the benzylisoquinoline class, like the parent. The ED95 of cis-atracurium is 0.05mg/kg, and the muscle relaxation potency is 3-5 times that of atracurium. Its low lipid solubility, not directly hydrolyzed by plasma non-specific esterase, 80% inactivated by Hofmann degradation. It has no histamine releasing effect and low incidence of allergic reactions.
Cis-benzylsulfatracurium is mainly used for general anesthesia and can be widely used in tracheal intubation, hepatic and renal dysfunction, cardiovascular surgery and geriatric and pediatric patients.
It has no dose-dependent adverse effects of histamine release compared to atracurium, with the disadvantage that it should be used with caution in patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency.
Application/Function of Cisatracurium Besylate Powder.
Cisatracurium Besylate Powder is the benzenesulfonate form of atracurium, a synthetic non-depolarizing muscarinic agent with effects similar to those of cylindrotoxin, with an onset of action of 1 minute and a duration of 15 minutes. Therapeutic doses do not affect cardiac, hepatic or renal function. No accumulation. At high doses, it can induce the release of histamine. Used for muscle relaxation required for surgery or to control breathing.
Cisatracurium Besylate CAS 96946-42-8 Compared with the main clinical muscle relaxation anesthetics, cisatracurium has the characteristics of non-hepatic and non-renal pathway metabolism and cardiovascular stability, the muscle relaxation effect is three times stronger than that of atracurium, without cardiovascular side effects.
Cisatracurium is mainly used for general anesthesia and can be widely used in tracheal intubation, hepatic and renal dysfunction, cardiovascular surgery, and geriatric and pediatric patients.
Pharmacological Effects of Cisatracurium Besylate Powder
The mechanism of action of cisatracurium is similar to that of cisatracurium chloride, but it is a non-depolarizing muscle relaxant drug, mainly blocking the conduction of nerve impulses, causing muscle relaxation and releasing histamine, but it is milder than cisatracurium chloride, characterized by fast onset and high muscle relaxation effect. Clinical generally used to maintain muscle relaxation or to facilitate mechanical breathing, a slightly larger dose can be used for tracheal intubation.
- 1, with a variety of general anesthetics, ganglion blocking drugs (such as hexamethonium), strong diuretics, anti-arrhythmics, tetracyclines and peptides and other antibiotics can strengthen or prolong the inotropic effect.
- 2, interfere with the balance of potassium, magnesium, lithium drugs, potassium hormone can also make the inotropic effect of this product change.
- 3, the use of succinylcholine can lead to the effect of this drug can not be antagonized by neostigmine.
