Pharmaceutical raw materials Powder phosphatidylcholine
Product Overview:
Lecithin, also known as phosphatidylcholine, is a lipid formed by the condensation of glycerol, fatty acid (dimolecular), phosphoric acid and choline. The fatty acid chain in the molecule has two kinds of saturated and unsaturated, non-polar hydrophobic tail; Part of the dipole ion is choline phosphate, which is a polar hydrophilic head and is known as the "third nutrient" after protein and vitamins. It is the material basis of life, is the basic raw materials of various membrane structures of cells, exists in every cell, more concentrated in the liver, brain, heart, kidney and immune system, the human body is synthesized by the liver, food mainly exists in soybeans, egg yolks

phosphatidylcholine Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Lecithin is a naturally occurring mixture of phospholipid trade name or common name, is a natural amphoteric surfactant, it is widely distributed in plants and animals, can be found in all biological organisms, especially in egg yolks, soybeans, peanuts, rapeseed oil, sunflower seeds, corn, milk, animal viscera, brain bone marrow, muscle and blood. However, the largest industrial source of lecithin is the main by-product of refined soybean oil production, commonly known as soybean phospholipid, which is the most widely used plant lecithin in commercial applications, usually by adding a small amount of water in soybean oil, heating and stirring, centrifugal separation, vacuum drying and making crude phospholipid. Commercial lecithin generally contains about 40% soybean oil. Extraction from egg yolk is called egg yolk phospholipid, because the price is more expensive, limited to medicine.
Uses and functions of phosphatidylcholine.
Nutritional medicine. Used to prevent atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, heart disease, Alzheimer's disease, gout, diabetes, neurasthenia. It can also be used to prepare bacterial medium. Phospholipids are powerful emulsifiers, which can "emulsify" cholesterol and fat into very fine particles, and even resolve the formed "atherosclerotic plaques", thereby reducing blood lipids and reducing the chance of stroke and myocardial infarction. As an emulsifier, phospholipids can also help the body absorb fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K, etc., for the normal functioning of the body. Note that different preparations have different curative effects. It can effectively improve and prevent arteriosclerosis, hypertension, heart disease and stroke, and can enhance cell vitality and regulate the nervous system. The largest use of soybean phospholipid is as a food additive, and the primary use is as a feed additive. It is also used in medicine, cosmetics, and emulsifiers for leather and asphalt. Used as health food raw material, emulsifier, quality improver injection emulsifier and liposome raw material.
Pharmacological action of phosphatidylcholine.
Product method of Bulk phosphatidylcholine Powder.
The brain stem was used as raw material to extract cholesterol and brain lecithin. The brain stem was impregnated with 3 times the amount of acetone for 20-24h, and cholesterol was prepared by constant stirring, filtration and filtrate. Filter cake vacuum drying, adding 2-3 times the amount of ethanol, extraction 4-5 times, filtration, precipitation vacuum drying, preparation of cephalin, filtrate vacuum concentrated concentrate. Preparation of lecithin product concentrate add half the amount of ether, stand for 2h, precipitation, filtration, to obtain a clarified liquid, add acetone under rapid agitation, precipitation, filtration, collect the ointment, wash with acetone twice, vacuum drying, to obtain lecithin product. Concentrate [ether]→[2h] clarification [acetone]→ Finished lecithin
