Pharmaceutical Raw Materials powder Malotilate Details
Malotilate powder Usage and Synthesis.
Malotidine is mainly used in patients with chronic liver diseases such as chronic hepatitis, compensatory stage of liver cirrhosis, advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis and low liver protein anabolic metabolism. It is also clinically used for hypoproteinemia caused by chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis.
Uses of Malotilate.
Liver protein metabolism improver. It can activate liver function and inhibit the progression of liver fibrosis. It is suitable for the treatment of chronic hepatitis, compensatory stage of liver cirrhosis and hypoproteinemia caused by advanced schistosomiasis. Hepatitis adjuvant drugs for the improvement of liver function in compensatory cirrhosis.
Pharmacological action of Malotilate.
After oral administration, malotidine can improve the low plasma total protein, albumin, cholinesterase activity and liver total protein activity, and can restore the normal serum aminotransferase activity and low plasma total cholesterol. This product acts on liver cells, promotes RNA synthesis, activates ribosomes and improves protein synthesis capacity, thereby activating liver function and inhibiting the progression of liver fibrosis, improving liver protein metabolism, and is accompanied by the improvement of aminotransferase, glial reaction and gamma-globulin. It is suitable for the improvement of liver function in compensatory cirrhosis. It is also clinically used for hypoproteinemia caused by chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis.
Product method of Bulk Malotilate.
Diisopropyl malonate reacts with carbon disulfide in dimethyl sulfoxide and in the presence of potassium hydroxide. The resulting product reacts with 1, 1, 1-trichloroethane in the presence of potassium hydroxide to give malotidine.
