Methimazole Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Medical treatment of hyperthyroidism
It is suitable for mild cases and those who are not suitable for surgery or radioactive iodine therapy, such as children, adolescents and those who relapse after surgery and are not suitable for radioactive iodine therapy. It can also be used as an adjunct therapy during radioactive iodine therapy.
Treatment of thyroid crisis
In addition to the use of large doses of iodine and other comprehensive measures, large amounts of this product can be used as adjuvant therapy to block the synthesis of thyroxine.
Preoperative preparation

Uses of Methimazole.

Pharmacological action of Methimazole.
Methimazole, like other drugs (propylthiouracil), also has some adverse reactions during administration.
