Laccase raw Powder Laccase
Product Overview:
Laccase is a copper-containing polyphenol oxidase, which usually exists in dimer or tetramer form. Laccase was first discovered by Japanese scholar Yoshi in purple gum tree paint, and subsequently found in fungi, bacteria and insects also exist laccase. At the end of the 19th century, G. B. etranel first isolated it as an active substance cured by raw paint and named it laccase. The main sources of laccase in nature are plant laccase, animal laccase and microbial laccase. Microbial laccase can be divided into bacterial laccase and fungal laccase. Bacterial laccase is mainly secreted from the cell, while fungal laccase is mainly distributed outside the cell, which is the most studied type at present. Although plant laccase plays an important role in the physiological processes of lignocellulose synthesis and resistance to biological and abiotic stresses, the structure and mechanism of plant laccase have been unknown.

Laccase raw Powder Laccase Details
Laccase Usage and Synthesis.
1, the biological elimination of toxic compounds environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious, more and more pollutants are eroding the environment that people rely on for survival, laccase in many toxic waste treatment has a good application value. In addition to the degradation of lignin, it can also degrade a variety of aromatic chemicals and organophosphorus agents. The immobilized enzyme technology developed later has improved the recovery rate of enzyme activity and has better thermal stability. Fungal laccase can degrade a variety of toxic substances in the environment and bioremediation the polluted local environment.
2, the application of laccase in the paper industry has the ability to oxidize lignin, and is widely used in the paper industry, especially in biological bleaching. The involvement of laccase in bleaching of wood pulp and grass pulp has been reported. The results showed that laccase cooperated with suitable medium and had high selectivity to low value wood pulp, and the lignin removal efficiency reached 45%.
3, the application of laccase in the food industry is more and more widely used in food. Laccase is one of the common enzymes in beverage processing, which is mainly used in beverage clarification and color control. In addition, human laccase preparation can accelerate the decomposition of lignin and provide more abundant nutrients for mycelia. Laccase was found to be more effective than peroxidase in the production of luncheon meat, as well as dairy products.
4, other applications laccase has a wide range of applications in improving fiber properties, biological detection, biofuels, biosensors, industrial dye decolorization and wood industry.
Uses of Laccase.
Laccase can catalyze the oxidation of more than 200 different types of substances, widely used in food, textile, paper and other industries. Laccase has the property of oxidizing phenolic substances, which can be converted into polyphenol oxides. Polyphenol oxides themselves can be polymerized to form large particles, which are removed by filtration membranes. So laccase is used in beverage production for beverage clarification. Laccase can catalyze phenolic compounds in grape juice and wine without affecting the color and taste of the wine. Laccase is added to the final process of beer production to remove excess reactive oxygen species and polyphenol oxides, thereby extending the shelf life of beer. Laccase can degrade anthraquinone dyes, azo dyes and triphenylmethane dyes with high decolorization rate, long-lasting activity and high utilization rate. Laccase can oxidize the phenol hydroxyl group in lignin to turn it into phenoxy radical, and the conversion between the two groups will lead to the polymerization of lignin and depolymerization, thus accelerating the biobleaching process in the papermaking process.
