Fructus Psoraleae Extract Powder Usage and Synthesis.

It has the function of warming the kidney and assisting the yang, naturing the qi and stopping diarrhoea, and is used in traditional Chinese medicine for treating impotence and spermatorrhea, enuresis, frequent urination, cold pain in the waist and knees, asthma and diarrhoea in the kidney deficiency, and so on.

Modern pharmacological studies have found that Psoralen also has multiple pharmacological activities, such as: anti-tumour, treatment of osteoporosis, estrogen-like effect, antibacterial and treatment of vitiligo.

Psoralen, also known as psoralen lactone, the production of zebra, is an active ingredient extracted from the plant psoralen, belongs to the class of furan coumarin.
