    (2) Synthesis method. From chloroacetic acid and trimethylamine quaternization, with 16% sodium hydroxide solution will be 195 parts of 48.6% of chloroacetic acid aqueous solution neutralized into sodium chloroacetate solution, and then mixed with 360 parts of 16.4% of trimethylamine solution, at 50 ℃ under the gas for 1h, at 80 ℃ and again under the gas for 1h.
