Naringenin raw Powder CAS 480-41-1 Details
Naringenin Usage and Synthesis.
Naringenin has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cough expectorant, hypolipidemic, anticancer and antitumor, antispasmodic, scavenging free radicals, prevention and treatment of liver disease, inhibit platelet coagulation, anti-atherosclerosis, etc., which can be widely used in the field of medicine, food and so on.
1. Antibacterial: Staphylococcus aureus, colorectal, dysentery and typhoid fever bacillus have strong antibacterial effect. Naringenin also has a role in fungi, 1000ppm sprayed on rice can reduce the infection of rice fungus 40-90%, and there is no toxicity to humans and livestock.
2. Anti-inflammatory: rats intraperitoneal injection of 20mg/kg per day, significantly inhibit the inflammatory process caused by the implantation of wool balls.
3. Anti-cancer: It is active against rat leukemia L1210 and sarcoma.
4. Antispasmodic and choleretic: for the flavonoids with a strong effect. Naringenin and has a strong increase in bile secretion of experimental animals.
Uses of Naringenin.
Naringenin is a flavonoid found in citrus fruits that has a variety of benefits and actions.
First, naringenin has antioxidant properties, scavenging free radicals and protecting cells from oxidative damage. Secondly, naringenin inhibits lipid peroxidation and enhances the activity of superoxide dismutase and catalase, further exerting antioxidant effects.
In addition, naringenin activates genes that improve blood sugar control and increase calorie burning, which helps in weight loss and blood sugar control.
Finally, naringenin enhances blood vessel function, acts as an anti-inflammatory, protects the brain and reduces the likelihood of stroke.
Therefore, naringenin has a wide range of applications and can be used to prevent and treat a variety of diseases!
In vitro studies of Naringenin.
Naringenin is a flavonoid that is beneficial to human health and is biologically active as an antioxidant, free radical scavenger, anti-inflammatory agent, initiator of glucose metabolism, and modulator of the immune system.Naringenin is the main flavonoid found in grapefruit.
In in vitro tests, this substance has been shown to reduce oxidative damage to DNA. Naringenin, found in grapefruit juice, has been shown to inhibit the human cytochrome P450 isoform CYP1A2, which can cause several commonly used reagents to alter pharmacokinetics in the opposite way in the human (or immediate homologue) host, and even cause carcinogenicity in otherwise harmless substances.
