(1) Preparation of intermediate p-hydroxyanisole.
It can be produced by alkylation of hydroquinone as raw material, and the synthesis method of p-aminoanisole as raw material is given here: p-aminoanisole and sodium nitrite (molar ratio of 1:1:15) were added into the reactor, and diazotization was carried out in the presence of sulfuric acid. (2) BHA was synthesized. The solvent benzene, tert-butanol and p-hydroxyanisole were added to the reactor in turn and heated to dissolve, and then added the catalyst phosphoric acid or sulfuric acid, and the reaction was refluxed at 80 ℃ with strong stirring.
After the reaction was completed, the material was discharged and left to stratify. The organic phase was washed successively with 10% sodium hydroxide solution and water to neutral. Remove the solvent by distillation, and then recrystallized by ethanol to get the finished product.
