HRK Supply Sodium Butyrate raw Materials powder Details
Sodium Butyrate Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Sodium butyrate is widely used in food, medicine, chemical industry, cosmetics, feed, breeding and other industries, and is one of the feed additives allowed for use in my country. It can play a unique role as a component of compound acidifiers, electrolyte balance regulators, gastrointestinal microecological balance regulators, flavoring agents, and attractants.
Uses of Sodium Butyrate.
Reduce the release of intracellular Ca2+. Inhibit histone deacetylase (HDAC) and induce cell apoptosis. Sodium butyrate can promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria, inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, significantly reduce the number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in the intestines of animals and the amount of excrement discharged, regulate the balance of intestinal microecology, and improve the breeding environment.
In vitro studies of Sodium Butyrate.
Butyrate mediates growth inhibition of colon cancer cells, thus elucidating the molecular link between high-fiber diet and inhibition of colon carcinogenesis.
Butyrate induces expression of p21 mRNA in an immediate-early manner, through transactivation of a 1.4 kb promoter cis-element(s) located at the transcription start site, independent of p53 binding. Butyrate induces apoptosis of two adenoma cell lines, RG/C2 and AA/Cl, and of the cancer cell line PC/JW/FI at physiological concentrations.
Butyrate has potent effects on a variety of colonic mucosa, such as suppressing inflammation and tumorigenesis, enhancing various components of the colonic defense barrier and reducing oxidative stress. Butyrate inhibits most HDACs, except class III HDACs and class II HDACs 6 and -10. Butyrate is also the most potent fatty acid in stimulating or inhibiting the expression of specific genes.
Product method of Bulk Sodium Butyrate Powder.
It is made by the interaction of butyric acid and sodium hydroxide. Or it is made by the reaction of butyric acid and sodium carbonate (strong base weak acid salt).
