fisetin raw Materials powder fisetin
Product Overview:
Fisetin is a polymer pharmaceutical raw material. It is a yellow needle crystal, derived from RhussuccedaneaL and Sumac, a plant of Lacertaceae family. Soluble in ethanol, acetone and acetic acid. Almost insoluble in water, ether, benzene, chloroform and petroleum ether. Inhibits the production of prostate cords in fibroblasts from methylcholanthrene transmorphic variant of 3T3 mice, with a half-effective inhibitory concentration (ID50) of 42.0 UM. Inhibits the enzyme allose reductase in the eye lens of rats, with a half-effective inhibitory concentration of 10-6 M. In mouse small intestine specimens, its antispasmodic potency against the spasmolytic action of acetylcholine was 166% of that of poppypine. A group of researchers from Japan and the United States found in animal experiments that lacinin in vegetables and fruits helps to improve memory.

fisetin raw Materials powder fisetin Details
fisetin powder Usage and Synthesis.
Inhibition of prostaglandins: Lacertin inhibits prostaglandin production in fibroblasts from methylcholanthrene transmorphic variant of 3T3 mice, showing its modulatory effect on the inflammatory process, a property that is particularly important in drug development.
Enzyme inhibition: Lacosanin inhibits the enzyme allose reductase in the rat eye lens, a finding that provides new ideas for the development of drugs for the treatment of metabolic diseases such as diabetes.
Antispasmodic effect: Lacosanin is 166% more potent than opium poppy as an antispasmodic against acetylcholine, a property that has potential applications in relieving smooth muscle spasm.
Anti-tumour activity: Studies have shown that lacinin has certain anti-tumour activity, can inhibit the growth and spread of tumour cells, which makes it potentially valuable in the development of anti-tumour drugs.
Uses of fisetin.
Inhibition of prostaglandin production: Lacosanin inhibited prostaglandin production in fibroblasts from methylcholanthrene transmorphic variant of 3T3 mice, with a half effective inhibitory concentration (ID50) of 42.0 μM.
Enzyme inhibition: Inhibited the enzyme allose reductase in rat eye lens, with a half effective inhibitory concentration (ID50) of 10-6M.
Memory improvement: A group of Japanese and American researchers found in animal experiments that lacinin in vegetables and fruits helps improve memory.
Anti-tumour: Lacin has a certain anti-tumour activity, can inhibit the growth and spread of tumour cells, so in the development of anti-tumour drugs have potential application value.
Pharmacological action of fisetin.
1. Inhibition of prostaglandins: It inhibited the production of prostaglandin in fibroblasts of 3T3 mice with methylcholanthrene transmutation mutation, with the half effective inhibitory concentration (ID50) of 42.0UM.
2. Enzyme inhibition: Inhibit the enzyme allose reductase in rat eye lens, the half effective inhibitory concentration (ID50) is 10-6M.
3. Antispasmodic: on the mouse small intestine specimen, its antispasmodic effect against acetylcholine is 166% of the efficacy of opium poppy alkaloids.
4, by Japan, the United States researchers composed of a group of animal experiments found that vegetables and fruits in the laccasein helps to improve memory.
