raw Materials powder Cefoperazone sodium
Product Overview:
cefoperazonesodium (cefoperazonesodium) is the third generation cephalosporin developed by Toyama Chemical Industry Co., LTD., Japan. It was listed in 1981, and it is a broad effect and broad spectrum fungicide. Its antibacterial performance is similar to cefotaxime, its effect on gram-positive bacteria is weak, only sensitive to hemolytic streptococcus and pneumococcus, sensitive to most gram-negative bacteria, strong tolerance to β-lactamase, the ability to induce β-lactamase is very low, and it is not easy to induce bacterial resistance.

raw Materials powder Cefoperazone sodium Details
Cefoperazone sodium powder Usage and Synthesis.
Cefoperazone sodium sulbactam sodium is a composite preparation and sulbactam is a broad spectrum enzyme inhibitor with weak antibacterial activity. It has strong irreversible inhibition on β-lactamase produced by Staphylococcus aureus and most negative bacilli, but has no activity on chromosome-mediated β-lactamase of some negative bacilli. Cefoperazone is the third generation cephalosporin, which has poor stability against β-lactamase. The combination of the two not only shows obvious synergistic antibacterial activity against negative bacilli, but the antibacterial effect of the combination is 4 times that of cefoperazone alone.
Drug interaction of Cefoperazone sodium.
1. When combined with aminoglycoside antibiotics (gentamicin and tobramycin), this product has a synergistic effect on some sensitive strains of Enterobacteriaceae bacteria and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
2. This product can produce hypoprothrombinemia, thrombocytopenia, and may cause bleeding when used together with the following drugs: anticoagulant heparin, coumarin or indendione derivatives, thrombolytic drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics (especially aspirin, diflunix or other salicylic acid agents) and sulfopirone.
3. The chemical structure of this product contains the side chain of methiontetrazolium, so during the application of this product, drinking alcohol or intravenous injection of ethanol-containing drugs will inhibit the activity of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase, resulting in the accumulation of acetaldehyde in the blood, and the appearance of drowsiness, hallucinations and other disulfide like reactions. Therefore, the patient should not consume alcohol, oral or intravenous drugs containing ethanol during the treatment period and for 5 days after discontinuation.
4. When combined with aminoglycoside antibiotics, this product should not be injected in the same bottle, because it may affect the antibacterial activity.
5. This product has contraindications with the following drug injections: amikacin, gentamicin, kanamycin B, doxycycline, Diphenhydramine, potassium magnesium aspartate, procainamine, aminophylline, Prochlorazine, cytochrome C, pentazocine, etc.
Pharmacological action of Cefoperazone sodium.
Cefoperazone is the third generation cephalosporin. It has good antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus, Salmonella typhomonas, Shigella, Citrobacter and other enterobacteriaceae bacteria and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, but has poor antibacterial effect on Enterobacter aerogenes, Enterobacter cloacae, Bacillus typhimurium and Acinetobacter. Influenza, Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Neisseria meningitidis are highly sensitive to this product. This product also has a good effect on streptococcus and pneumococcus in each group, and only has a moderate effect on staphylococcus (methicillin-sensitive strain), and enterococcus is resistant. Cefoperazone has a good effect on most gram-positive and some gram-negative anaerobic bacteria, and Bacteroides fragile is resistant to this product. The stability of cefoperazone to most β-lactamases was poor. This product mainly inhibits the synthesis of bacterial cell wall
