Dew grass (2.5kg) was extracted with 75% ethanol by heating and refluxing, recovering the ethanol and obtaining the concentrate. Extracted with ethyl acetate, n-butanol; ethyl acetate extract, Al2O3 (neutral) column chromatography, chloroform-methanol gradient elution, chloroform-methanol (4:1) elution part of the ethyl acetate-methanol recrystallisation, to obtain the compound 3 (200mg); 3:1 elution part of the preparative thin-layer chromatography (stationary phase: silica gel GF254; mobile phase: chloroform-methanol = 5:1) to obtain the compound 1 (10mg); eluted with methanol part of the methanol by preparative thin-layer chromatography (stationary phase: silica gel GF254; mobile phase: chloroform-methanol = 5:1) to obtain Compound 1 (10mg); methanol elution by preparative high performance liquid chromatography (ODS, methanol / water = 31:69, 242nm detection) to isolate Turkestanone (5mg)
