Luteolin Raw Materials Powder 491-70-3
Product Overview:
Lignans are a very representative natural flavonoids, belonging to the weakly acidic tetrahydroxyflavonoids, which are widely distributed in the plant kingdom, mainly found in medicines such as honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, thorns, white hairy sumac and other medicines, and in vegetables such as thyme, Brussels sprouts, bok choy, cauliflower, beetroot, broccoli, and carrots, and are also distributed in the form of glycosides in celery, green chilli, perilla leaves, and the fruit shells of the leguminous deciduous peanut ( Arachishypogaea) fruit shells, white-haired sumac (Ajugadecumbus), LonicerajaponicaThunb (Lonicera), Gentianopsispaludosa (Gentianaceae), black-water valerian ( ValerianaamurensisSmir) and many other plants. Lignocaine pure product is yellow crystalline powder.

Luteolin Raw Materials Powder 491-70-3 Details
Luteolin Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Lignocaine is precipitated from ethanol as a golden-yellow acicular body containing a crystalline water. Soluble in ethanol, ether; slightly soluble in hot water, insoluble in cold water. The aqueous solution is pleasing light yellow, dissolved in 10% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, and dark yellow. Stable under normal conditions.
Uses and functions of Luteolin.
Luteolin Powder has the effect of cough suppressant and expectorant. Cough suppressant effect is to inhibit the cough centre; expectorant effect and the product can promote the secretion of respiratory glands and make the phlegm in the acidic mucopolysaccharide dissolution. There are also anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and immune-enhancing effects. It also has antibacterial effect on Aureus, S. pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Used in chronic bronchitis and other phlegmatic respiratory diseases.
Pharmacological action of Luteolin Raw.
1. Anti-tumour: the inhibitory effect of lignocaine on the proliferation of tumour cells is mainly through the inhibition of intracellular activity of certain kinases and blocking the cell cycle, etc..
2. Antioxidant: the antioxidant effect of lignocaine is mainly manifested in its own oxidation reaction as a reducing agent, enhancing the activity of the organism's antioxidant system and so on.
3. Anti-inflammatory: the anti-inflammatory activity of lignocaine is mainly manifested in its ability to reduce the activity of inflammatory factor transcriptional regulator, reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and inflammatory mediators.
4, neuroprotective effect: lignocaine has a protective effect on the learning and memory ability of the nervous system.
5, anti-fibrosis: lignocaine can reduce the degree of hepatic fibrosis, reduce the content of hydroxyproline (HYP), malondialdehyde (MDA) and the expression of type I pre-collagen mRNA in liver tissues, and in vitro can inhibit the proliferation of hepatic stellate cells (HSC) and collagen synthesis. And it can improve the histopathological changes of pulmonary fibrosis caused by bleomycin, reduce the lung weight index, significantly reduce the elevation of MDA, HYP, and inhibit the expression of mRNA of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in lung tissues, and in vitro it can inhibit the proliferation of human embryonic lung fibroblasts and promote their apoptosis.
6, anti-fertility and hormone effects: lignocaine has a significant dose-dependent anti-attachment activity, after oral administration can significantly increase the weight and diameter of the uterus, the thickness of the endometrium and the height of its epithelial cells, applied alone with estrogen-like effect, but and ethinyl estradiol in combination with the show has an anti-estrogenic effect.
7, other: lignocaine can inhibit a variety of bacteria and viruses, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, herpes simplex virus, poliovirus, coxsackie B3 virus. It can inhibit the activity of HIV-1 integrase of AIDS virus and has potential anti-HIV effect.
Lignans can bind to the s2 protein of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) coronavirus, thus inhibiting the virus from entering the host cells.
Lignans also have anti-Duchenne Leishmania protozoa effects, inhibiting the growth of Duchenne Leishmania protozoa by inhibiting its topoisomerase I and topoisomerase II. In addition, lignans also have immunomodulatory effects, etc.
Pharmacological activity of Bulk Luteolin Powder.
1. Lignans have a variety of pharmacological activities, and plants rich in lignans are often used as traditional Chinese medicine to treat diseases. With the in-depth study of lignocaine, it is found to have anti-tumour effects such as inhibiting tumour cell proliferation, inducing tumour cell apoptosis and sensitizing the activity of anticancer drugs, and also has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and protective effects on the nervous system.
2. Mucuna pruriens is a PDE4 inhibitor, phosphodiesterase inhibitor2 and interleukin-6 inhibitor3. 3. It significantly reversed xylazine/ketamine-induced anaesthesia in mice. Preclinical studies suggest that lignocaine may have pharmacological effects, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anticancer.
Preliminary studies have found that lignans can inhibit apoptosis induced by angiogenesis, affect the development of tumours in animal models, reduce the rate of tumour growth and increase the cytotoxicity of certain anticancer drugs on tumour cells, suggesting that lignans may be potential cancer chemopreventive and chemotherapeutic agents.
3. The mechanism of lignocaine's biological activity may be to regulate the level of ROS, inhibit topoisomerase Ⅰ and topoisomerase Ⅱ, reduce the activity of NF-κB and AP-1 transcription factors, stabilise p53 and inhibit the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase, signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF1R) and human epidermal growth factor receptor II Activity.
