Nutritional supplements Bulk Creatine Powder
Product Overview:
Creatine, also known as alpha-methylguanidinoacetic acid, is a naturally occurring nutrient found in the human body that can also be synthesised from arginine, glycine, and methionine in the liver, kidneys, and pancreas: catalyzed by renal arginine-glycine transcarbamoylase, which transfers the amidine group of arginine to the amine group of glycine to produce guanidinoacetic acid. Then in the liver, catalysed by guanidinoacetic acid methyltransferase, the methyl group of S-adenosylmethionine is transferred to guanidinoacetic acid to produce creatine.

Uses and functions of Methyl Hesperidin.
Creatine has the basic functions of increasing the water content of muscle cells, helping muscle cells to store energy, and increasing protein synthesis; among other things, synthetic creatine can be used as a nutritional supplement to promote the adaptation of bone and armour muscles to strenuous exercise and to counteract excessive fatigue in weak individuals; it can also be used in the preparation of medicines for the treatment of heart disease and respiratory insufficiency; in the preparation of medicinal preparations containing human growth hormone; and it can be used in the formulation of a new kind of health food, which has the effects of anti-aging and the restoration of physical strength.
Preparation method of Creatine.
1. There are three different process routes for the preparation of creatine from lime nitrogen:
(1) Lime nitrogen reacts with an aqueous solution of sodium sarcosinate to produce creatine directly.
(2) Lime nitrogen reacts with methanol solution saturated with dry hydrogen chloride gas to obtain O-methylisourea hydrochloride, and O-methylisourea hydrochloride then reacts with sarcosine to obtain creatine.
(3)Lime nitrogen and aqueous hydrochloric acid solution generate chloroformamidine chloride under the condition of air, and then react with sodium sarcosinate to obtain creatine.
2. Creatine monohydrate is obtained by reacting aminocyanine with chloroacetic acid and methylamine.
3.Using thiourea and dimethyl sulphate as raw material to form S-methyl isothiourea sulphate, and then react with sarcosine, sodium sarcosine or potassium sarcosine to get creatine.
4. Use urea and dimethyl sulphate as raw materials to form O-methyl isothiourea sulphate, O-methyl isothiourea sulphate and sodium sarcosine to form creatine monohydrate.
Pharmacological action of Bulk Creatine Powder.
1. Increase the water content of muscle cells: When you first start using creatine, you will obviously feel that your muscles become bigger and stronger. This is because creatine will make the body's muscle cells store more water; and when all muscle cells absorb more water and increase their volume, the muscles will naturally become fuller and more shapely.
2. Help muscle cells store energy: the body's muscle fibres contain two different forms of creatine: not bonded creatine and phosphocreatine with phosphate, which phosphocreatine accounts for about two-thirds of the total creatine content. When a muscle contracts to produce movement, the body uses a compound called ATP as its source of energy.
Unfortunately, human muscle cells can only provide ATP energy for less than ten seconds of rapid contraction, and more ATP must be produced to maintain sustained movement, at which point the creatine phosphate stored in the muscle sacrifices its own phosphate to allow ATP to be synthesised again.
Therefore, if there is more creatine in the muscle, the muscle will have more potential power to perform. In addition, creatine replenishment can also help tired muscle cells to regain vitality, because when the ATP energy in the muscle is exhausted, the body can also generate lactic acid (Lacticacid) by the glycolysis system.
When the body is exercising intensely, a large amount of lactic acid will cause muscle soreness and fatigue; at this time, if the muscles can store more phosphocreatine to provide ATP, the body will reduce the production of lactic acid and reduce the fatigue of the muscle cells, so that we can exercise for a longer period of time and have more explosive power.
3. Increase protein synthesis: Creatine intake enables the body to utilise more protein for muscle growth. The two protein structures in muscle; actin and myocardin, are the main components that make muscle fibres contract and produce movement. Therefore, if you can supplement sufficient amount of creatine, so that the body can reduce the consumption of protein in the energy to synthesise a larger amount of actin and myocardin cells, the muscles will naturally become stronger and more powerful.
