Insect repellent Mebendazole Raw Powder Details
Mebendazole Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Mebendazole is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic, has the effect of completely killing hookworm and whipworm eggs and partially killing roundworm eggs, has a strong affinity for the worm's β-microtubule protein, can bind to it at a very low concentration, can inhibit the polymerisation of its microtubules by affecting the metabolism of the worm's sugars and the associated energy production, causing the disappearance of the worm's epidermis or intestinal cells, and selectively and irreversibly inhibit the worm's uptake of glucose and other nutrient components from the intestine, and finally lead to the death of the worm. It can selectively and irreversibly inhibit the intake of glucose and other nutrients from the intestinal tract of the worms, and finally lead to the death of the worms.
Suitable for the treatment of human and animal body due to whipworm, pinworm, hookworm, tapeworm, faecal roundworm, roundworm and other single or multiple helminths caused by the infection, but not effective for encapsulated disease.
Uses and functions of Mebendazole.
Antihelmintic, a highly effective broad-spectrum anthelmintic for pinworms, roundworms, whips, tapeworms, hooks and roundworm-like nematodes.
Antihelmintic, on roundworm, Xiao, whip, hookworm and other intestinal worms have efficacy, for the first choice of anti-whipworm drugs
As an anthelmintic, it is effective for gastrointestinal nematodes in animals. It can be mixed with feed.
Drug interactions of Mebendazole.
Combination with drugs that inhibit hepatic microsomal enzyme activity, such as cimetidine, inhibits the metabolism of mebendazole and increases the blood concentration.
Combination with drugs that induce hepatic microsomal enzymes, such as phenytoin or carbamazepine, accelerates the metabolism of mebendazole suspension and decreases the blood concentration.
Poduction Method of Bulk Mebendazole Powder.
4-Chloro-3-nitrobenzoic acid is chlorinated with sulfoxide chloride, condensed with benzene under the catalysis of aluminium trichloride, then aminated and reduced to obtain 3,4-diaminobenzophenone, which is then cyclized to make mebendazole. 3,4-diaminobenzophenone hydrochloride can also be added to the mixture obtained by the reaction of S-methyl isothiourea sulfate, methyl chloroformate and sodium hydroxide, and then add sodium acetate, and then react for 45min at 85℃, which can also produce mebendazole.
