Pharmacological Effect of Sulfachloropyrazine sodium.
After internal administration, it is rapidly absorbed in the digestive tract, the blood concentration reaches the peak value in 3~4h, and is rapidly excreted through the kidneys. The peak of its anti-coccidial activity is the second generation of schizonts of coccidia, that is,the fourth day after infection.
It also has a certain effect on the generation of schizonts. The action characteristics of poultry coccidia are similar to those of sulfa quinoline, and it has stronger antibacterial effect on Bartonella and Salmonella, without affecting the body's immunity to coccidia, and it is ineffective against coccidia in the sexual cycle stage.
Production methods of Bulk Sulfachloropyrazine sodium Powder.
1) Preparation of sulfachloropyrazine: 25 g (0.145 mole) of sulfanilamide and 21.6 g (0.145 mole) of 2,3-dichloropyrazine were added to a three-necked vial and dissolved in 60 ml of toluene. 22.4 g of potassium carbonate (0.16 mole) and 2 g of tetrabutylammonium bromide (0.006 mole) were added and heated to 110~115°C. The reaction was held at 110~115°C and refluxed for 10 hours while the water was partitioned out.
At the end of the reaction, the toluene was recovered under reduced pressure until the reaction temperature reached 115 ℃, the recovery of toluene was finished, the reaction solution was cooled down to 78~82 ℃, 40 g of drinking water was added, the pH was adjusted with hydrochloric acid at 4.5~5.0, the temperature was cooled down to 25 ℃, it was filtered and washed with water, and 35.5 g of sulfachloropyrazine was obtained with a yield of 86%.
(2) Preparation of sodium sulfachloropyrazine: in a three-necked flask, add 30 g (0.145 mol) sulfachloropyrazine and 120 g of purified water, warm up to 60 ℃, add 40% of sodium hydroxide solution 16 g, warmed up to 70 ℃, add 0.5 g of activated carbon, at 75 ℃ holding decolourisation for 30 minutes, filtration of activated carbon, the filtrate is cooled down to 0 ℃, filtration of the product to get sodium sulfachloropyrazine sodium monohydrate crude product 31.5 g, 92% yield
(3) Refined sulfachloropyrazine sodium: 50 grams of sulfachloropyrazine sodium crude with 135 ml of methanol -dichloromethane solvent (2: 1 w / w) heating to dissolve, add 2 grams of activated carbon, heating to reflux,decolourisation for 1 hour. The filtrate was filtered while hot, and the filtrate was cooled to below 5°C. 45 g of Sulfachloropyrazine sodium bouquet was obtained by filtration in 90% yield. Detected by HPLC, the purity is more than 99.5%.
